Jefferson Apartment Group Acquires J501 Estates; JAG Management Assumes Management

Jefferson Apartment Group (JAG) completed the acquisition of J501 Estates, a 240-unit multifamily community in Durham, North Carolina, in a deal executed with partner STARS REI that closed in late 2023. Affiliate JAG Management Company has assumed owner-managed and third-party management responsibilities for J501 Estates and four other established multifamily communities across the Raleigh–Durham area, expanding its Carolinas portfolio and bringing its total managed portfolio to nearly 11,000 units.
