The acquisition expands ISG’s landscape architecture and environmental design capabilities in North Carolina’s Research Triangle and adds a new Durham office to support K–12, higher education, sports/recreation and civic projects.

Juniper Landscaping Acquires Davis Landscaping

Scopes Facility Services, a Westbridge Capital portfolio company, has acquired Atlanta-based Davis Landscaping Group. Davis provides commercial landscaping installation and maintenance to multi-family properties, HOAs and commercial clients (representing over 170 properties and 20,000+ units); financing for the transaction was provided by Westbridge Capital Partners Income Trust and Davis' CEO/owner Jay Stephens will remain in a strategic client role.

McAdams Acquires AVID Group, LLC

Global Infrastructure Solutions (GISI) Acquires Arcadis Hong Kong D&E and Arcadis Singapore Consulting Businesses

Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI) agreed to acquire Arcadis’s Hong Kong Design & Engineering business (closed) and its Singapore consulting business (expected to close), adding roughly 500 employees and doubling GISI’s Asia operations. The businesses — legacy Freeman Fox/Hyder in Hong Kong and EC Harris/Davis Langdon & Seah in Singapore — will be rebranded as Asia Infrastructure Solutions to strengthen GISI’s capabilities in infrastructure and buildings.
