Westbridge Capital Ltd. Acquires Scopes Facility Services LLC

Westbridge Capital Ltd., a private equity management company based in Saskatoon, has acquired Scopes Facility Services LLC, a Cartersville, Georgia–based floor care and landscaping provider that services more than 7,500 retail locations. Financing for the transaction was arranged by Westbridge Capital Partners Income Trust; former CEO Jason Thomas will remain involved as a board member while Kevin Williams was named CEO.

(BMS), a Kennesaw, Georgia–based facilities management company with an additional office in Winter Park, Florida. The deal expands Scopes' technical capabilities and geographic footprint across the Southeast and is supported by Westbridge Capital as the platform owner; the combined organization will leverage over 1,000 self-performing associates and service thousands of sites annually.

Juniper Landscaping Acquires Davis Landscaping

The add-on expands Scopes' service capabilities and local footprint in California, bringing CMS's ~250 staff and janitorial, floor/carpet, pressure washing and disinfectant cleaning services into the Scopes platform.

Austin-based private equity firm Blue Sage Capital has completed an investment in Clean Scapes Enterprises, a commercial landscaping company headquartered in Austin, Texas. The partnership, with Crescent Capital Group serving as the financing partner, will support Clean Scapes' expansion across Texas and beyond while working alongside the company's leadership team to scale operations.
