Scopes Facility Services Acquires Building Maintenance Services (BMS)

Scopes Facility Services, a Westbridge Capital–backed facilities services platform based in Alpharetta, Georgia, has acquired Building Maintenance Services Inc. (BMS), a Kennesaw, Georgia–based facilities management company with an additional office in Winter Park, Florida. The deal expands Scopes' technical capabilities and geographic footprint across the Southeast and is supported by Westbridge Capital as the platform owner; the combined organization will leverage over 1,000 self-performing associates and service thousands of sites annually.

Westbridge Capital Ltd. Acquires Scopes Facility Services LLC

Westbridge Capital Ltd., a private equity management company based in Saskatoon, has acquired Scopes Facility Services LLC, a Cartersville, Georgia–based floor care and landscaping provider that services more than 7,500 retail locations. Financing for the transaction was arranged by Westbridge Capital Partners Income Trust; former CEO Jason Thomas will remain involved as a board member while Kevin Williams was named CEO.

MCS Acquires Chain Store Maintenance

Lewisville, Texas-based property services firm MCS has acquired Chain Store Maintenance (CSM), a commercial facilities services company founded in 1991 and headquartered in Attleboro, Massachusetts. The acquisition makes CSM the interior commercial property services platform within MCS, expanding MCS's interior and exterior facility service offerings and enhancing its ability to serve commercial and residential customers through an expanded vendor network and self-performing service centers.

Scopes Facility Services Acquires Davis Landscaping Group

Davis provides commercial landscaping installation and maintenance to multi-family properties, HOAs and commercial clients (representing over 170 properties and 20,000+ units); financing for the transaction was provided by Westbridge Capital Partners Income Trust and Davis' CEO/owner Jay Stephens will remain in a strategic client role.

CCS Facility Services (Silver Oak) Acquires Total Cleaning Systems

CCS Facility Services, a portfolio company of Silver Oak Services Partners, has acquired Milwaukee-based Total Cleaning Systems. The acquisition expands CCS' footprint into the Midwest and brings Total Cleaning's floor/carpet care and facility maintenance capabilities into CCS' engineering arm. Total Cleaning, founded in 1969, will continue serving education, healthcare, industrial and commercial real estate customers under CCS.

Salt Creek Capital Acquires Capital Building Maintenance

Salt Creek Capital, a San Francisco Bay Area private equity firm, has acquired Capital Building Maintenance (Capital Building Maintenance Group, LLC and Capital Building Maintenance and Cleaning Services, Inc.), a South San Francisco-based commercial window washing, construction clean-up, pressure washing, and floor maintenance services provider. The transaction transfers ownership from founders Eric Huber and Mary Brasher to Salt Creek, which will partner with incoming CEO Mark Ianni to support growth and continuity for employees and customers.
