Scopes Facility Services, a portfolio company of Westbridge Capital Ltd., has closed the acquisition of Creative Maintenance Systems (CMS), a California-based janitorial and commercial cleaning provider headquartered in Irvine. The add-on expands Scopes' service capabilities and local footprint in California, bringing CMS's ~250 staff and janitorial, floor/carpet, pressure washing and disinfectant cleaning services into the Scopes platform.
