Panebianco Wines, a New York-based importer and distributor of premium Italian wines, has acquired DB Wine Selections, a specialist purveyor of high-quality French wines. The deal expands Panebianco's fine wine portfolio and Northeast market coverage while DB Wine Selections will retain its name and president Didier Boutet to lead integration and continuity for clients and suppliers.
