HCAP Partners announced a successful exit from Arosa, the integrated care management and in‑home care provider; terms and the buyer were not disclosed. During HCAP’s investment (in partnership with Bain Capital Double Impact), Arosa expanded to 38 offices across 13 states, nearly doubled its employee base, and scaled its care management model for older adults.

The add-on expands Charter’s home health and hospice footprint into the Omaha market and brings local leadership (CEO Jake Panowicz) into a Charter national role to support growth and clinical quality.

Three Oaks Hospice Acquires Four Hospice Providers

Three Oaks Hospice said it completed four acquisitions since launching in May 2019, adding operations from Peace Hospice and Palliative Care, VeraCare Hospice, Hospice Partners of America and AMED Management. The deals expand Three Oaks' footprint into markets including Houston, Austin, Chicago, Kansas City, St. Joseph (MO) and Overland Park (KS), bringing the company to nine markets across four states and supporting more than 200,000 patient days of care annually.

BrightSpring Health Services Acquires Roanoke Home Care
