Smart Data Solutions Acquires JMS and Associates

Smart Data Solutions (SDS), a Parthenon Capital–backed healthcare automation provider, has acquired JMS and Associates, a Farmington Hills, Michigan provider of tech-enabled outsourced solutions for TPAs and other healthcare organizations. The acquisition expands SDS's claims processing, data capture and plan-building capabilities and brings JMS's leadership team and clients into the SDS organization.

PAR Technology Acquires Delaget for $132M

PAR Technology Corporation acquired Delaget, a restaurant analytics and business intelligence provider, for $132 million (closed Dec. 31, 2024). The deal, paid principally in PAR common stock, brings Delaget's analytics, loss-prevention and operational-insights capabilities into PAR's Operator Cloud and accelerates development of the PAR Data Platform to deliver expanded back-office and delivery operations analytics to restaurant customers.

The deal brings Jack & Jill into the GlacierPoint/E&M platform, expands the combined company's footprint from the New York metro into the Mid-Atlantic corridor, and strengthens relationships with key customers and suppliers.

WorkSmart Acquires LAN Systems
