Charterhouse Invests in Telio

Charterhouse Capital Partners has entered into an agreement to acquire Telio Management GmbH, the European specialist in telephony, video visitation and jamming technology for correctional facilities, from Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG), which will retain a minority stake. Telio is headquartered in Hamburg, operates across 21+ markets and serves over 700 correctional facilities; Charterhouse will work with management to expand Telio's international footprint and broaden its digital services offering.
