Center Rock Capital Partners has acquired Power Services Group (PSG), a Cape Coral, Florida–based independent provider of turbine and generator maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services. PSG serves power generation, industrial and petrochemical customers; Center Rock said it will support PSG’s domestic and international growth as part of its portfolio of heavy equipment aftermarket businesses.

JLL Partners Acquires PowerParts Group

JLL Partners has acquired PowerParts Group, a precision manufacturer and field-services provider of aftermarket components for gas- and steam-turbine power plants, from Mangrove Equity Partners. JLL intends to use PowerParts Group as the foundation of a new engineering-focused power-generation components platform and plans to expand capacity and capabilities through organic investment and strategic acquisitions.

The add-on expands ISS's nationwide footprint with 10+ locations, adds more than 450 technical and support staff and 150+ OEM relationships, broadening ISS's combustion engine, marine and power generation MRO capabilities; terms were not disclosed.
