Valet Living's Quick Turns Acquires Atlanta General Contracting

Valet Living, through its Quick Turns by Valet Living division, has acquired Atlanta General Contracting, an Atlanta-based turnkey services provider specializing in painting, cleaning, tile and drywall repair. The business will operate under the Quick Turns portfolio with owners Ted and Dan Moradi staying on as general managers and the company retaining nearly 175 local contractors and employees. The deal expands Quick Turns' make-ready capabilities and geographic footprint as part of Valet Living's roll-up strategy for nationwide turnkey property services.
