Valet Living, a Tampa-based full-service multifamily amenities provider and portfolio company of GI Partners, has acquired Austin-based NFinite Pursuit and integrated it into its Torch Fitness offering. The deal adds approximately 200 communities and access to more than 85,000 residents, expanding Valet Living's in-person, live-virtual and on-demand fitness and wellness capabilities nationwide.

GI Partners, a San Francisco-based private investment firm, has acquired Valet Living, the Tampa-based, full-service amenities and doorstep waste provider to the multifamily housing industry, from funds managed by Ares Management's Private Equity Group and Harvest Partners. The investment will support Valet Living's continued innovation and nationwide expansion, including organic growth and acquisitions of local operators, and build on the company's app-enabled resident services and proprietary technology.

Valet Living, through its Quick Turns by Valet Living division, has acquired Atlanta General Contracting, an Atlanta-based turnkey services provider specializing in painting, cleaning, tile and drywall repair. The business will operate under the Quick Turns portfolio with owners Ted and Dan Moradi staying on as general managers and the company retaining nearly 175 local contractors and employees. The deal expands Quick Turns' make-ready capabilities and geographic footprint as part of Valet Living's roll-up strategy for nationwide turnkey property services.
