Valet Living Acquires Trojan Waste Solutions

Valet Living, a Tampa-based multifamily amenities provider and a portfolio company of Ares Management and Harvest Partners, has acquired Trojan Waste Solutions, a Texas-based doorstep waste and recycling provider. The acquisition adds over 10,000 apartment homes—primarily in San Antonio and Austin—to Valet Living's portfolio and expands its Texas footprint and multifamily waste/recycling service capability.

The investment will support Valet Living's continued innovation and nationwide expansion, including organic growth and acquisitions of local operators, and build on the company's app-enabled resident services and proprietary technology.
