Valet Living Acquires Value Waste Services to Expand Texas Footprint

Valet Living, a PE-backed multifamily amenities provider, has acquired Texas-based Value Waste Services, adding more than 23,000 homes to its portfolio and retaining more than 90 Value Waste associates. The deal expands Valet Living's doorstep trash and recycling operations across Austin, Houston, San Antonio, Dallas and College Station, strengthening its presence in Texas.

Valet Living, a Tampa-based multifamily amenities provider and a portfolio company of Ares Management and Harvest Partners, has acquired Trojan Waste Solutions, a Texas-based doorstep waste and recycling provider. The acquisition adds over 10,000 apartment homes—primarily in San Antonio and Austin—to Valet Living's portfolio and expands its Texas footprint and multifamily waste/recycling service capability.

GI Partners, a San Francisco-based private investment firm, has acquired Valet Living, the Tampa-based, full-service amenities and doorstep waste provider to the multifamily housing industry, from funds managed by Ares Management's Private Equity Group and Harvest Partners. The investment will support Valet Living's continued innovation and nationwide expansion, including organic growth and acquisitions of local operators, and build on the company's app-enabled resident services and proprietary technology.

Frontier Waste Solutions Acquires Absolute Waste Services

Trash Butler Acquires WellKept

Trash Butler, a Tampa-based doorstep trash and recycling valet provider, acquired WellKept, a multifamily property services firm, to strengthen its position as the second-largest doorstep waste provider in the U.S. The prior owners of WellKept retain a material ownership stake in Trash Butler and will support business development and operations; terms were not disclosed.
