Aura Futures, a Baird Capital–backed workspace technology provider, has acquired Reflex Limited, a Reading-based full-service audio-visual integrator established in 1983. Financial terms were not disclosed; the deal is an add-on to Aura’s platform intended to expand AV technical capabilities and deepen Aura’s footprint in higher education, corporate and public sector markets.

The acquisition expands Auria's C3 (command, control, communications) software and hardware capabilities to better serve customers including the U.S. Space Force, Special Operations Command, and the Intelligence Community; Auria now has more than 500 employees across multiple U.S. locations.
