Aurica Capital Takes 41.5% Stake in STI Norland

Aurica Capital has taken a 41.5% minority stake in STI Norland through its Aurica III fund, providing growth capital to the Pamplona-based manufacturer of large-scale photovoltaic trackers and mounting structures. The investment will support STI Norland's international expansion and continued product and service development; financial terms were not disclosed.

Astorg has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Belgian aluminium systems manufacturer Corialis from CVC Capital Partners Fund VI, with management reinvesting alongside the buyer. Astorg Acquires Majority Stake in Steliau

Astorg, a European private equity firm, has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Steliau, a pan-European value-added distributor (VAD) of electronic solutions, from B&Capital. Steliau, founded in 1992 and headquartered in Montrouge, France, employs more than 200 people across eight countries and will partner with Astorg to accelerate organic growth and execute a buy-and-build strategy.

Nautic Partners has completed the acquisition of Aurora Plastics, a Streetsboro, Ohio-based producer of PVC and custom polymer compounds, in partnership with Aurora management. The seller parties were Wind Point Partners and Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board; financing for the deal was led by Antares Capital and Carlyle Global Credit, and Nautic says it will support Aurora's growth and pursue acquisitions in the fragmented specialty compounds market.
