La Caisse Provides CAD 240 Million Senior Debt Financing to Cologix’s MTL8 Data Centre

La Caisse and Cologix announced that La Caisse has concluded an agreement to provide CAD 240 million of senior financing to support Cologix’s Montréal MTL8 colocation data centre. The MTL8 facility in Technoparc Montréal is in service and delivered 21 MW of capacity with AI-ready infrastructure and LEED Gold certification.
