Larsen & Toubro Infotech (LTI) and Mindtree Merger to Create LTIMindtree

The boards of Larsen & Toubro Infotech (LTI) and Mindtree approved a scheme of amalgamation under the Larsen & Toubro (L&T) Group, combining into a scaled-up IT services provider to be named LTIMindtree. Mindtree shareholders will receive LTI shares at a ratio of 73 shares of LTI for every 100 Mindtree shares, with L&T holding 68.73% of the merged entity. NCLT approval was received, clearing the way for operations as a merged entity effective November 14, 2022.
