Groupe Le Duff, through its Bridor subsidiary, has acquired Lecoq Cuisine Corporation, a U.S. producer of premium frozen Viennese and French-style pastries. The deal adds Lecoq's Bridgeport, Connecticut production capacity (about 250 employees and $60M revenue in 2022) to Bridor's global frozen bakery platform to support North American growth.

CVC Acquires Grupo Monbake from Ardian and Co-investors

CVC funds have acquired the entire stake in Grupo Monbake from Ardian and its co-investors Alantra, Artá and Landon. The private markets manager will partner with Monbake's existing management to drive global expansion and strengthen the group's innovation and production capabilities in the frozen dough and bakery sector. The deal values LEV at approximately SEK 163.2 million (cash and shares), includes potential EBITDA-based earn-outs, and is intended to broaden Humble's product range and expand its geographic presence into Portugal, Spain and France.
