Leidos Acquires ENTRUST Solutions Group from Kohlberg for $2.4 Billion

Leidos has agreed to acquire ENTRUST Solutions Group in an approximately $2.4 billion, all-cash transaction to expand its energy infrastructure engineering capabilities. The deal is expected to expand Leidos’ position in grid modernization and add more than 3,100 ENTRUST professionals across 40+ North American locations.
