The acquisition expands Level Access's testing and remediation capabilities by integrating Tenon's API-driven automated testing and remediation services into Level Access's enterprise accessibility platform.

Nextech AR Solutions Acquires ARway Ltd

Nextech AR Solutions Corp. agreed to acquire U.K.-based spatial computing company ARway Ltd. in an all-stock transaction valued at approximately US$1.0 million, bringing ARway’s founders onto Nextech’s team. The deal adds ARway’s spatial mapping and AR SDK capabilities to Nextech’s AR and mini‑metaverse product stack and is expected to close subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
