Lewis & Clark Capital has formed AirCore Environmental, a new indoor air quality platform, through the acquisitions of Radon Mitigation Services (RMS) and Radon Professional Services (RPS). AirCore will serve as a foundation for a regional IAQ platform starting with radon mitigation, with the platform pursuing additional complementary IAQ acquisitions.
