Lexitas Acquires Lumen Legal

Lexitas, a portfolio company of funds advised by Apax Partners, has acquired Michigan-based Lumen Legal. The acquisition expands Lexitas’ litigation services platform with legal staffing, document review and commercial contracts outsourcing capabilities to serve law firms, corporate legal departments and insurance companies nationwide.
