Eagle Creek Renewable Energy Acquires Lightstar Renewables

An affiliate of Eagle Creek Renewable Energy has acquired Lightstar Renewables, a community solar developer and owner/operator with ~30 MW under construction and a ~1.2 GW U.S. development pipeline. Lightstar was a portfolio company of funds managed by Elda River Capital Management LLC and Magnetar; under Eagle Creek ownership its full development pipeline and assets will be transitioned to Eagle Creek to accelerate its community solar IPP strategy.

Equinor Acquires East Point Energy

Equinor has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Charlottesville-based battery storage developer East Point Energy LLC, bringing a 4.1 GW pipeline of early- to mid-stage US battery storage projects into Equinor's renewables portfolio. The deal accelerates Equinor's entry into the US power market and expands its capabilities in grid-scale battery storage to support its broader renewable and trading strategy.

Sunnova Acquires SunStreet, Lennar's Residential Solar Platform

Sunnova Energy International Inc. completed its acquisition of SunStreet Energy Group, Lennar Corporation’s residential solar platform and has been named Lennar’s exclusive solar and storage service provider for new-home communities across the United States. As part of the deal, Lennar committed to provide tax-equity investments to support Sunnova’s homebuilder customer pipeline, enabling Sunnova to scale installations and offer battery storage and other energy services to SunStreet customers.

LindFast Solutions Group Acquires Star Stainless Screw Company
