Lineage Logistics, together with its founder/manager Bay Grove, has acquired Turvo, a supply-chain collaboration and visibility software provider. Turvo will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary to accelerate product innovation and deepen Lineage's technology capabilities across the global food and freight supply chain; financial terms were not disclosed.
