LinkedIn Acquires Oribi Ltd.

LinkedIn Corporation has acquired Tel Aviv-based Oribi Ltd., a provider of code-free marketing attribution and web analytics technology. Digital Capital Advisors served as exclusive financial advisor to Oribi and its shareholders (including Sequoia Capital, Ibex Investors, TLV Partners and S Capital); the deal gives LinkedIn a marketing-attribution capability and establishes the company’s first office in Israel and a second R&D center outside the United States.
