Lionfield Capital Acquires Mudshare

Lionfield Capital has completed the acquisition of Mudshare, a New Jersey–based civictech communications software company specializing in peer-to-peer texting, email and voice for political campaigns, nonprofits, advocacy groups and select retail customers. Financial terms were not disclosed; Lionfield intends to operate Mudshare as its platform, retain employees, open a new headquarters in Miami, and expand the company's product, data and market capabilities.
