Lithia & Driveway (LAD) acquired Stivers Decatur Subaru in the Atlanta/Decatur market to increase network density in the Southeast and strengthen its import mix. The acquisition, financed with on-balance-sheet capacity, is expected to bring an estimated $100 million in annualized revenue and deepens Lithia's footprint in a growth market.
