Lithia & Driveway (LAD) acquired Elk Grove Subaru in Elk Grove, California, adding the dealership to its Sacramento-area retail network and strengthening density in the Southwest region. The acquisition, financed with existing on‑balance sheet capacity, is expected to add approximately $100 million of annual revenue to LAD.
