LiveVox Merges With Crescent Acquisition Corp to Become a Publicly Traded Company in an $840 Million Transaction

LiveVox entered into a merger agreement with Crescent Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ: CRSA) to become a publicly traded company on NASDAQ under the ticker symbol LVOX. Golden Gate Capital, which is a significant shareholder of LiveVox, will remain a major shareholder after the business combination, with the combined company expected to receive about $123 million for LiveVox’s balance sheet post-closing to accelerate growth.
