Lumine Group to Acquire Titanium Software Holdings Inc

Lumine Group Inc., an indirect subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc., entered into a binding agreement to acquire Titanium Software Holdings Inc. Titanium provides signaling, routing, subscriber data management, and security platforms for telecommunications and government organizations. Closing is expected in the first quarter of 2023, subject to customary conditions.

Lumine Group Acquires Concentrix Mobile Network Solutions Business (NetEngage)

Lumine Group, a division of Volaris Group, has agreed to acquire Concentrix’s mobile network solutions business and will market the assets under the new brand NetEngage. The business — which includes software for Call Completion, Messaging and Online Charging and serves customers across Europe, Africa and the Middle East — will operate as an autonomous Lumine business following the divestiture.

Constellation / Lumine Group Acquire WideOrbit

Constellation Software Inc. and its subsidiary Lumine Group Inc. agreed to acquire WideOrbit Inc., a San Francisco–based media vertical market software provider, with WideOrbit becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Lumine Group. The purchase will be funded by Constellation and a banking partner and includes a cash payment plus issuance of 13.83% of Lumine Group shares (on a fully diluted basis) to eligible WideOrbit shareholders; WideOrbit reported ~ $167M in 2021 revenue and ~450 employees.

Lumine Group Acquires Neural Technologies

The transaction strengthens Lumine’s communications and media software portfolio by adding Neural’s revenue assurance, fraud management and ML/AI capabilities as an add-on to its existing platform.
