LKCM Headwater Investments, with support from Weave Growth Partners, completed a recapitalization investment in Knack Global to accelerate the company's growth. Knack's founder Rajiv Sharma retained a significant equity stake and will remain CEO as the investors help expand sales, tech-enabled service delivery, and pursue opportunistic acquisitions in the RCM market.
