LO3 Capital has made a debt and equity investment in Diamond Builders, Inc. (DBI) alongside private equity firm Tamarix Equity Partners. The capital will support DBI, a Douglas, Georgia-based manufacturer of prefabricated modular buildings, in its next phase of growth serving education, healthcare, government/military and industrial end markets.
