LOGISTEC announced it has acquired Logistics Park Dubuque (LPD), a 100-acre multimodal marine terminal in East Dubuque, Illinois, from Travero. The deal expands LOGISTEC’s inland waterways network and adds new routing options for agriculture, manufacturing, and energy supply chains across the U.S. Midwest and toward the Gulf Coast.

LOGISTEC entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of IPA Terminal (IPA, ATEMSA, SMA, STEEL) at the Port of Altamira, Mexico. The deal is intended to expand LOGISTEC’s presence to Latin America and add a breakbulk and steel handling facility to its marine terminal network. Closing is subject to customary conditions and regulatory approvals from Mexico’s antitrust authority and relevant port authorities and Navy.
