LRES Corporation Acquires Keystone Asset Management

LRES Corporation, a California-based provider of property valuations and REO asset management, signed a definitive agreement to acquire Keystone Asset Management, Inc., a Lansdale, Pennsylvania-based REO and valuation services firm. The deal, announced Aug. 23, 2021, expands LRES’s servicing and valuation capabilities and adds an Eastern time zone team to its operations.
