LTM (LTIMindtree) to Acquire Randstad Technology and Consulting Services Business in Europe and Australia

LTM (LTIMindtree) has issued an offer to acquire Randstad’s technology and consulting services business across France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Australia. The proposed USD 500M+ (€469M) deal would help LTM scale domain-driven solutions and AI services, and includes a broader 360° collaboration with Randstad such as a five-year IT services partnership and a strategic talent MSP for LTM’s workforce expansion.

The boards of Larsen & Toubro Infotech (LTI) and Mindtree approved a scheme of amalgamation under the Larsen & Toubro (L&T) Group, combining into a scaled-up IT services provider to be named LTIMindtree.
