LTS LOHMANN Therapie-Systeme AG (LTS) announced it has closed the acquisition of Tapemark Inc. (Tapemark), a CDMO specializing in transdermal drug delivery systems and oral thin films. The deal adds Tapemark’s St. Paul, Minnesota facility to LTS’s global network and expands LTS’s R&D and manufacturing capabilities in North America.
