Lucion Services Acquires Landform Surveys Ltd

Lucion Services, the UK environmental services business, has acquired Landform Surveys Ltd, a Gateshead-based topographical surveying firm founded in 1994. The acquisition will be integrated into Lucion's testing and inspection unit as part of a capability expansion, alongside a ~£600,000 investment to expand Lucion's Gateshead testing laboratory and create up to 15 jobs.

Lucion Services, the UK environmental services group backed by Palatine Private Equity, has acquired multi-disciplinary consultancy Delta-Simons Environmental Consultants Ltd, creating a market-leading environmental services group. The combined business will have around £50m of revenues, more than 500 employees and serve roughly 1,500 clients across multiple sectors; the deal was supported by HSBC and Delta-Simons' MD Alex Ferguson will join Lucion's executive board.
