Lukka Acquires PEER DATA to Build Institutional Control Layer for Digital Assets and Data Commerce

Lukka, a provider of institutional digital asset data and software, announced it has acquired PEER DATA, creator of the Data Book of Record (DBOR) platform and patented Daisy Chain technology for end-to-end data traceability. The deal combines Lukka’s audit-ready digital asset data and software with PEER DATA’s contract digitization, usage metering, and governance/traceability capabilities to deliver a unified institutional control layer for pricing, classification, provenance, licensing, and governance.
