Luxium Solutions Acquires Inrad Optics for $19 Million

Luxium Solutions has completed its all-cash acquisition of Inrad Optics in a deal valued at approximately $19 million (including assumed debt). Under the terms of the definitive merger agreement, Inrad Optics stockholders received $1.10 per share in cash, and the transaction strengthens Luxium’s portfolio in optics and photonics solutions.
