LyondellBasell to Acquire APK AG Recycling Technology

LyondellBasell (LYB) announced it has agreed to acquire full ownership of APK AG, based in Merseburg, Germany, to expand its circular and low-carbon recycling technology portfolio. The transaction covers existing assets and planned growth projects, and LYB intends to integrate APK’s solvent-based recycling technology with its existing mechanical and advanced recycling operations.
