Mable Health Acquires V2 Innovations to Expand into Ontario

Mable Health Inc., a Halifax-based healthcare platform backed by SeaFort Capital, has acquired Kingston-based V2 Innovations Ltd., extending Mable Health's orthotics and prosthetics operations into Ontario. V2 shareholders will become shareholders of Mable Health and the V2 team will continue providing prosthetics, orthotics, assistive devices and related care from their existing locations as Mable builds a national healthcare platform.
