IHS Towers Acquires GTS SP5 Tower Portfolio (2,115 Towers)

IHS Holding Limited (IHS Towers) agreed to acquire São Paulo Cinco Locação de Torres Ltda. (SP5), a portfolio company of Grupo Torresur (GTS), for US$315 million on a cash- and debt-free basis. The transaction transfers ownership of 2,115 towers in Brazil to IHS and is expected to close subject to regulatory approvals in Q1 2022.

Berkshire Partners Acquires Majority Stake in TowerNorth

CBRE Caledon Acquires Majority Stake in CitySwitch Tower Holdings

CBRE Caledon Capital Management has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a majority equity interest in CitySwitch Tower Holdings, a build-to-suit wireless tower developer and operator, from funds managed by American Infrastructure Funds LLC and other shareholders. The investment (made on behalf of a CBRE Caledon fund and a separately managed account) will support CitySwitch's expansion of its tower portfolio and build-to-suit pipeline across the eastern United States.
