Magaya Corporation acquired ACELYNK, a provider of customs compliance and Automated Broker Interface (ABI) software, to integrate ACE-certified customs filing and compliance functionality into the Magaya supply chain platform. The deal expands Magaya’s logistics and supply-chain automation capabilities and provides customers with a unified, cloud-based ABI solution for ACE filings and customs house brokerage management.
