Main Capital Partners Acquires Avinty from Gilde Equity Management

Main Capital Partners has acquired Avinty, a Dutch provider of electronic patient records and eHealth software, from Gilde Equity Management. Avinty—serving over 400 customers and used by more than 65,000 healthcare professionals with 242 employees—will partner with Main to accelerate product development, expand into new healthcare segments and pursue strategic add-on acquisitions.
