Main Capital Partners has made a majority investment in Fraxion and completed the add-on acquisition of Centreviews, combining cloud-based procurement and AP automation software to create an end-to-end procure-to-pay offering. The combined business serves roughly 500 customers across 25 countries and is the first add-on to Fraxion as Main pursues a buy-and-build strategy in financial-administrative software.
