MarineMax, Inc. (NYSE: HZO) has completed the acquisition of Williams Tenders USA, the U.S. distributor and retailer for Williams Jet Tenders. The deal expands MarineMax's luxury tender offerings and dealer footprint across the United States and the Caribbean and is expected to be accretive in its first full year of operations.
