Marlin Equity Partners acquired Oslo-based Consignor and merged it with its existing portfolio company Unifaun, creating a combined global provider of cloud Transport Administration Systems (TAS). Francisco Partners partnered with Marlin as an equal shareholder in the combined business to bring together complementary SaaS offerings, accelerate product innovation, and expand geographic reach across ecommerce and logistics end markets.
