Marlin Equity Partners has acquired eureQa and will merge the company into Worksoft, an existing Marlin portfolio company, expanding Worksoft's Connective Automation platform. The deal brings eureQa's AI-driven, no-code SaaS test automation capabilities — including performance, mobile and API testing — into Worksoft to broaden coverage for web, mobile, API, database and e-commerce testing.
