Matterport Acquires VHT Studios

Matterport, Inc. has acquired VHT, Inc. (VHT Studios), a U.S.-based real estate visual marketing company, to combine VHT's photography, drone imagery and marketing services with Matterport's 3D digital twin platform. The deal (terms not disclosed) expands Matterport Capture Services and is intended to accelerate adoption of digital twins across residential and commercial real estate as well as travel, hospitality and retail markets.
