Maven Capital Partners, Panoramic Growth Equity and Emerald Capital Management have backed a management buyout of Glasgow-based distribution and logistics specialist Bullet Express. The investment will support management's organic growth and a buy-and-build strategy as the business expands its warehousing, sorting and freight management capabilities.
